In the classroom you’ll cover topics such as aerodynamics of tailwheel aircraft, aircraft systems and basic handling techniques. Your flight time will consist of 8-10 hrs of dual instruction in our 1946 Taylorcraft! Ground handling and taxiing to short and soft field take-offs and landings is what you’ll spend the majority of your flight time covering.
Upon successful course completion, you will receive your "Tailwheel" endorsement and an enormous sense of accomplishment. Put a little fun and change of pace into your flight training with some old fashioned, grassroots flying!!
